States Are Suffering under Siege of Economic Imperialism.

Many State Governor's and Mayors along with the Health departments, have illegally by passed the State house and State senate which is un-constitutional, to create mandates that has shut down a nation due to " an alleged Pandemic".

First of all, I say an alleged Pandemic because statistics show the survival rate is is on average 99%. The ones most at risk of death are with underlying health issues and are the elderly. These unconstitutional mandates forced, schools, churches, local businesses and medical facilities to shut down. People lost their jobs, their homes and their health went unintended and children are not getting the quality education they deserve.

What would motivate our leaders to give up our constitutional rights?

5 Motives For Imperialism.

  • Economic. To make money, control trade, raw materials and cheap labor.

  • Exploratory. explore unknown areas, more scientific research, go on an adventure.

  • Political. gain power, compete with territory, good military force, prestige.

  • Religious. ...

  • Ideological.

Any of the above ring a bell as a clue to what's really going on? Lets take a look how the shut down and mandates worked in my beloved state of Ohio under the leadership of Gov. Mike DeWine. Who in my opinion is selling Ohio out to the Communist Chinese Party. None of our state legislatures have made laws that will protect our land and businesses from Foreign ownership. In the the State of Ohio, China, for example owns or rents farmland (click to see article) and investments in our energy grid (click to see article). Who has most to gain from a pandemic? Where was the outbreak first discovered? Do some research in your state and see how much Foreign investors influence your jobs and markets and your freedoms. You be surprised or maybe not.

Why Impeachment Maybe the only way to Save our Liberty?

Under Ohio's Constitution it is prohibited for any government official to restrict the rights of the people. It clearly states that "All political power is inherent in the people."

The General assembly has tried to work with the Governor in several legislation to ease restrictions. For example: SB 55 reduces the penalty that the Governor imposes on its citizens if you go against or disobey from the Ohio Department of Health, its an M2, its a second degree misdemeanor, you get 90 days in jail and/or 750 fine and Gov DeWine Vetoed it. Senate Bill 1 was introduced to limit the restrictions to 14 days maximum that the Ohio Department of Health orders imposes on the citizens and that bill is awaiting conference committee. HB 618 reverse's current and past Ohio Department of Health Orders and future Ohio Department of Health Orders must be approved by the General Assembly. Also states that no elections can be cancelled by the Ohio Department of Health or Elected Officials. So, if there is an emergency the local Health Departments in each county can shut down businesses or schools in same way the Governor has done but not on a State level that has devastated our economy. School Officials Take Mask Mandates Out of Context

A mother was at her sons Football game when she was approached by an officer to put on mask and he tased and arrested her for non compliance. (click to see Video)

Gov DeWine orders: All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when:

  • At an indoor location that is not a residence

  • Outdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members

  • Waiting for, riding, driving, or operating public transportation, such as a taxi, a car service, or a private car used for ride-sharing.

The order only requires those 10 years old or older to wear a mask. Additional exclusions include:

  • Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;

  • Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;

  • Those who are officiants at religious services;

  • Those who are actively involved in public safety; or

  • Those who are actively eating or drinking.

Schools should follow the guidance previously issued pertaining to masks.

My Opinion:

Ohio State legislation and every State for that matter along with its Governor need to secure our land and businesses by restricting foreign ownership. I have no problem with foreign investors but if they wish to destroy our constitutional rights by changing our laws and our government institutions to suite their agenda then that is when they violate our freedom and democracy. That is where the States reserve the right to seize assets and property because of foreign interference in national security.
