Constitutional Republic

The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic not a democracy. Their is a reason that our forefathers drafted a bill of rights to protect an individual in due process.




"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." 1791

Why every nation needs a bill of rights..

“ Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press and a disarmed populace." James Madison

The first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution are summarized below. Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. Right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia. Right to due process of law, freedom from self-incrimination, double jeopardy.


Why the constitution is still relevant today...

The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land that guarantees individual rights. We have a supreme court of judges called Justices that enforces our constitutional rights. These Justices are non partisan. So, individuals can appeal to the supreme court for a final ruling. These justices are chosen by the President and confirmed by a judicial committee members from the senate.


State Senate Representatives

We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the constitution.” Abraham Lincoln

The Constitution prescribes that the Senate be composed of two Senators from each State (therefore, the Senate currently has 100 Members) and that a Senator must be at least thirty years of age, have been a citizen of the United States for nine years, and, when elected, be a resident of the State from which he or she is from.

Every state is represented by two Senators, but by different numbers of Representatives based on their population. The Senate gives small states equal representation, because the Senate is about representing the states. The House is about representing the people directly. Senators serve for 6-year terms.

They are each a part of Congress. The House of Representatives is the lower chamber, the Senate is the upper chamber. The legislative power of the United States government is shared between them. ... So both the Senate and the House are equally part of Congress, but their respective powers are different


Election Process....


Members of the House of Representatives serve two-year terms and are considered for reelection every even year. Senators however, serve six-year terms and elections to the Senate are staggered over even years so that only about 1/3 of the Senate is up for reelection during any election.

All eligible voters within a state may vote for Senator. A Representative is elected by only those eligible voters residing in the congressional district that the candidate will represent. Election winners are decided by the plurality rule. That is, the person who receives the highest number of votes wins.


Electoral College..

To keep majority from trampling the rights of minority in the voting process for President. The Electoral College consists of 538 electors. A majority of 270 electoral votes is required to elect the President. Your state's entitled allotment of electors

equals the number of members in its Congressional delegation: one for each member in the House of Representatives plus two for your Senators. (All sources I found on google search)


My Opinion - The constitution is the heart of our Nation and Liberty. The Democratic party wishes to destroy the constitution and force us into a democracy of Liberal socialism. They want open borders, socialized healthcare and take away our guns and restrict our religious rights and freedom of speech. They will raise our taxes and force companies to leave again and penalize us for not having healthcare. This has already happend in some states and districts where democrats are in control of government, look at Detroit Michigan and Chicago and homeless crisis in California. They run sanctuary cities where they welcome illegal immigrants and give them government benefits and voting rights and jobs. These areas where democrats have power have high crime rates, violence, drugs, homeless people, and human trafficking. But they will blame our local police and republican leaders and use it as excuse to destroy our constitution. They have lied to keep in power for many decades and lying to our children about socialism is good and it is not. Republicans are trying to restore what the Democrats have destroyed. Our Liberty is a gift from God but we have to fight to keep it by voting Democrats out of office for good. #WalkAway #VoteRed #KAG #MAGA
